The beds were king-sized and de rooms were very clean. The personnel was very polite.
Unfortunately the refridgerator didn't function properly.
That it was clean and comfortable. And it was very close to Movie Park Germany.
I asked for a family room for 4 and we got two double rooms.
Lady at the bar, Ayse Dogan was perfect. She was very polite and friendly
There was no coffee machine at the room
Rooms were decorated nicely and modern. Outstanding location by main bus depot. Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly. Although breakfast cost 15 Euro per person, all total, a very nice place for the money. Great cold and warm selection for breakfast.
Would have been nice to have the correct number of beds in the room that were reserved. Front desk was unsure of how many beds were in the room, but gave me key anyway. Upon arrival to room insufficient number of beds. Room switch with no problem, just inconvenient to have to juggle and move all our stuff to another room.
the hotel was convenient for travel to Oberhauasen City, which was great. There was a lot of convenient shopping within close walking distance. Everything from grocery, to clothing to jewelry. A nice fresh market in the morning and many restaurants and bakeries as well!
The family room was literally two twin bedded rooms with an adjoining door. It was a "non-smoking" floor and we had to let the room air out when we were not inside and have housekeeping come and "spray" the room. The rooms were not altogether clean. The price was okay, but the 15 euro/per adult breakfast was rather steep. We were able to get two cappuccinos, three hot chocolates and pastries for our family of five for less than 20 euro at the bakeries nearby. Convenience-wise it was great. I am not sure if I would stay here again if given the option again.
Friendly people willing to help. Reach Breakfast.
Very soft bed matress for my back. I asked but there was not any other (hader) available. I did not sleep for 2 days of my stay....terrible.
The sign over the hotel says The Tulip Hotel and it took us about an hour to figure out that it is also the Arcadia. Very annoying.
Nice little Hotel - now a 'Tulip' group hotel. 2 good large rooms for our family (2 adults + 2 kids) and a low price.
Only bar meals available.
One of the few options (if not the only one around the area) to get a family room!
Staff at the front desk
It was close to the city center and our friends' home. We also used the bus lines and could easily travel to a variety of malls and museums in the area.
The high price of the buffet breakfast.
Must pay extra 12 euro for internet and 12 euro to park.
